England’s Alexander Sims is one of the most experienced GT and Le Mans racers in the field. Since being heralded as Britain’s most promising young drivers in 2008, Sims was a force to be reckoned with in the Formula E, Formula Renault and Formula 3 championships before turning his focus to GT and endurance racing.
In 2023 he charged to the IMSA Sportscar Championship with the Whelen Engineering Racing team before joining forces with Corvette Racing in 2024 as part of the Pratt Miller Motorsports team.
In his first season with Pratt Miller, he secured one win and two podiums on his way to third in the championship.
For 2025, Sims is adding the GTWC Asia championship with JMR to his busy IMSA Sportscar Championship schedule, teaming up with Prince Abu Bakar Ibrahim in the 66 car.
